Please be advised that our integration platform will undergo a critical infrastructure upgrade on Sunday, July 12, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM EDT.
Impact: The platform will be inaccessible during this 90 minutes window and because this maintenance involves a direct upgrade to our underlying message queuing service, any automated jobs, API calls, or workflows triggered during these 90 minutes will completely fail.
Action Required: If you manage automated workflows, or scripts that feed data into our platform, please pause or reschedule them to prevent data loss. Any business-critical jobs triggered by external platforms during this 90-minute window will need to be manually re-run or re-sent by your teams once the maintenance concludes.
We realize that a hard service interruption is highly disruptive, and we are executing this during an off-peak window to minimize the impact.
